Change Requests

Order preparation can begin quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately with the order number. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment is underway.

After Shipment

Orders in transit generally cannot be cancelled. Refer to the Return and Refund Policy for options, or email service@veliisea.com for help.
